Pool
During our Covid-19 reopening phase, the pools are available to pre-book for swims. You will have the choice to book lane swimming, casual swimming or a swim in the kids pool.
Unfortunately due to current restrictions, the sauna, steamroom, showers, drinking fountains, swim lessons and group lessons will not be available during this phase.

Gym
Our gym is fully equipped with Treadmills, Cross trainers, Bikes, Rowing Machines, Stepping Machines, Fixed Machine weights and a selection of Free Weights.
Classes
During our temporary Covid-19 reopening phase, indoor aerobic classes will not be available as we have used the studio to spread our gym equipment out to ensure social distancing is adhered to at all times.
We hope to continue to offer outdoor classes. We will announce the relaunch of outdoor classes as soon as we can.
